(1969, Sant Sadurní d´Anoia) Interior designer and industrial designer, he founded his studio in Barcelona in 1994. Influenced by minimalism, and marked by a family history linked to crafts, he articulates all of his work around spatial order and geometric proportion. Francesc Rifé currently leads a team of professionals from different fields of design and his national and international projects range from interior design to industrial design, architecture, concept creation, installations, graphics and artistic direction. During his career he has won several design awards such as the Contract World Awards, the Red Dot, ICDD Editors Awards, the HIP Award in Chicago, the FAD award and several ASCER awards. His work has been widely reported in the general press, as well as in specialized national and international publications and books. Likewise, several books have been published that compile his most outstanding works. For years he has dedicated himself to teaching and has an active role in workshops, congresses and conferences.

 

2 | Calm Collection Through a variable, modular and enveloping vocabulary, the design of this new sofa finds its expression in an architectural back with which to draw a space within another space. A welcoming design whose modules, of different sizes, can be rearranged. The proposal is complemented with volumes of auxiliary tables or puff's that can be left free or incorporated into the set. More than designing a sofa, we wanted to create a scheme with infinite options, which was generous enough to create a space within another space. Calm can be configured in many ways, allowing you to organize the space exactly how you want to use it. Its backrest would stand out from the product, it has a character that invites you to show it rather than to isolate it from any wall.

3 | Corset Collection The lines of this new armchair designed for TREBOL open like a flower to enhance your comfort and provide you with a refined identity capable of changing the entire aesthetics of a room. Attractive from all angles thanks to the subtlety of its shape and the prominence of its legs, its wooden structure coexists intelligently with a tall upholstered body. A new example of useful and detailed design from Francesc Rifé's studio.

10 | Cossi Collection An extremely comfortable design that embraces the idea of simplicity, softness and calm. With a solid, fully upholstered body, the armchair's textile quality is complemented by a 360-degree rotating wooden base that discreetly elevates it. The collection is completed with pfs in three sizes that can work well together or on their own.

11 | Heva Collection The studio has updated this design with a lighter proposal. The collection, made up of an armchair, chair and stool, pays attention to a subtle curved detail on the low backrest. A gesture that perfectly sums up the aesthetic philosophy of Francesc Rifé and his team: Simplicity of shapes, clean lines and precise details. Its body in leather and natural or stained wood structure make it a sophisticated proposal to elegantly dress any home or contract space.

6 | SIROS AUXILIAR A collection of oval-shaped wooden tables available in three sizes and heights, which allows for them to be nested and combined creating dynamic sets. The tops are available in oak, walnut or a wide range of lacquered finishes, while the legs are repeated in black with a light brass finish.
